If you are continually receiving an error that entered GA code is incorrect when trying to access or confirm the action in your DSX account, check if the time in the application or your phone is synchronised correctly as this is the most common issue leading to that behaviour.
How to synchronise Google Authenticator application on Android OS:
- Open Google Authenticator app on your phone or tablet
- Open Settings section
- Choose Time correction for codes
- Click Sync now
How to synchronise Google Authenticator application on iOS:
In that case you will need to synchronise an iPhone or iPad itself.
- Open Settings
- Choose General section
- Choose Date & Time
- Switch off an option "Set Automatically" and then switch it on again
make sure your device is connected to the Internet
